Item will not ship until payment has been received in full. All delivery will be made to buyer’s address provided.

All payments through PAYPAL. Major credit cards are accepted as well.
Total payment have to be completed in full before delivery
Total payment = Price of item + shipping fee

Material Color/Size Deviation
Every product may have material color/size deviation. The deviation might differ 5-8% from the original product stated. Innov Enterprise Pte Ltd will not be responsible for it.

Return and Refund Policy (For all online purchases done via www.innoventerprise.com)
Customers are required to check carefully for the quantity and quality of goods received, return will not be accepted after customers’ acceptance of goods.
In case of reproduction is necessary, only same products can be returned in any circumstances, no refund nor change of products would be accepted.
Should customer wish to return any flawed product, all requests must be made within 3 days from the receipt of product and all requests must be emailed to sales@innoventerprise.com. All returned goods must be in good conditions and descriptions. Otherwise, no refund shall be issued.
Refund shall be paid by cheque payment only.
For any order claim, Innov Enterprise Pte Ltd will only reproduce the order or refund the relevant amount.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
