Embroidery

It is commonly used to stitch on personal names, position and job titles to be embroidered onto their collar, sleeves and left chest but do note that the wording cannot be too small as it would not be stitched clearly and making it hard to read.

Embroidery can be commonly used for corporate polo tees, school or class tee shirts, CCA jackets, tee shirts as well as on Towel embroidery.

In conclusion, embroidery is suitable if :

• You want to create a corporate image for your company uniform, t-shirts etc..
• The design that you have are in solid colours with no colour gradients.
• You want to print small logos up to 12.5 cm width as it will be costly for larger logos
• You want to print small quantity. (Note that our minimum order is 30 pieces)

Silkscreen Printing

Silkscreen printing, one of the more popular and commonly requested fabric printing technique used to customize T-Shirts, Polo T-shirts. It is known for its unrivalled printing quality that is durable and with colours that do not fade easily.

The printing size can be done from as a small area over a pocket to the entire front or the back of the Tee Shirt. Thus, it is often used to print images that require covering a large area of the Tee Shirt such as A4 and A3 sizes.

In conclusion, silkscreen printing is suitable if

• You print in large quantity (Minimum 30 pieces), where the cost of printing per piece will be lower.
• Your image does not have many colours as more screens will be required to produce a multicoloured images.(It is recommended not to have more than 4 colours)
• You require printing an image over a large area of the Tee Shirt such as A4 or A3 size.

Heat Transfer Printing

​

This technique of print on T-shirts and apparels are used widely when you need to print multi colours or images that have many different colour tones.

It is more cost-effective for small quantities below 30 pieces as the setup cost is lower. One way to identify Heat Transfer print is that after the print, it leaves a smooth and semi-glossy layer on top of the apparel and the colour prints are usually vibrant, does not fade and may come in different colour tones as well. It is also commonly used for printing of names and numbers on their jerseys and apparels. 

Pricing is based on the size of the print design from small logos to A4 and A3 Sizes.In Conclusion, Heat Transfer printing is suitable if

• If you only require printing small quantity (Minimum Order: 30 pieces)
• Your image or artwork has multiple colours or a colour gradient.
• You require printing an image over a large area of the Tee Shirt such as A4 or A3 size.
