What is the turnaround time for orders?

Typically, you can expect to receive your printed apparel order within two working weeks from the time of order confirmation. This timeframe applies to the use of our existing stock apparel, which you can find in our apparel or gift catalogue.

We will also send you the design layout base and sample print for your review upon order confirmation before mass production.

Is a deposit necessary to confirm a custom order, and if so, why?

Yes, a deposit is required. Placing a deposit for your custom order is vital to initiate the process. It enables us to commence procurement, design layout, and sample printing.

By providing a deposit, you demonstrate your commitment to the order. This is crucial because custom items cannot be resold or repurposed if there’s a last-minute change of mind. The deposit serves to mitigate this risk as any cancellation will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

However, there are exceptions for government agencies or affiliated bodies where a Purchase Order (PO) is issued and payment is made via Gebiz or vendors@gov.

Can I see a mock up sample of the item when placing a bulk order?

1) Upon confirming your order with a deposit payment, we swiftly initiate the design layout.

2) Once the design layout is finalized, we proceed to create a sample print or embroidery on a fabric swatch.

4) If you prefer a physical sample, this option is available. However, please note that it may require extra time and incur additional costs. It offers a tangible experience before proceeding with the bulk order.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for the printing on the apparel and gifts?

For most apparel and gift items, the minimum quantity to initiate an order is 10 pieces. However, if you wish to benefit from our bulk order discounts, we kindly request a minimum quantity of 24 pieces for T-shirts and 30 pieces for all other products.

What are the printing methods that you provide?

We provide Embroidery, silkscreen printing, Direct To Film (DTF), Direct To Silkscreen (DTS), Sublimation printing for our apparels. If you are unsure of what type of printing is suitable for your apparel and design.

For gift and premiums, we have engraving, silkscreen printing and UV printing. You can also send the artwork to us with your requirements and we will be able to advise the best and economical way to achieve your desired outcome of the print and provide you with the quotation at the same time.
